All surfers, right & left, reef-rocky. A fun wave for all! This place only breaks when there is some good size everywhere else. The channel is easy, and the line-up is in deep enough water where you never really have to worry about hitting bottom. A gentler wave, even when it is head high or bigger. Plenty of waves for everyone, although experiencing longer lulls in not uncommon.

Sharks, eagle rays, dragon eels, whale and dolphin watching while on deck, the list goes on! The Mahi wreck, Makaha caverns and Black Rock are some of the best dives in this area.
